Please read these Terms carefully before using Rankify. They form a legally binding agreement between you and Rankify EdTech Pvt. Ltd.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Rankify (rankifyacademy.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create a Rankify account. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these terms on your behalf.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others. Rankify reserves the right to terminate accounts found to be shared or misused. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Course Access & Intellectual Property
Upon purchasing a course, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the course content for personal, non-commercial educational purposes. All course content — including videos, PDFs, and assessments — is owned by Rankify or its instructors and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell any content without prior written permission.
Prohibited Conduct
You may not: (a) record, screenshot, or distribute course videos; (b) attempt to circumvent any digital rights management or access controls; (c) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (d) post or transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content in community features; (e) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any portion of the platform.
Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST. Payment is processed securely by Razorpay. By completing a purchase, you authorise Rankify to charge the displayed amount to your selected payment method.
Refund Policy
We offer a 7-day refund on all course purchases. Please refer to our dedicated Refund Policy page for complete details, eligibility criteria, and the process for submitting a refund request.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Rankify provides its platform and content on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to ensure accuracy, we do not warrant that course content is error-free or that the platform will operate without interruption. Rankify does not guarantee any specific academic results or exam outcomes.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rankify's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to Rankify in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Rankify after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurugram, Haryana, India.
