We stand behind the quality of our courses. If you are not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.

Eligible for Refund
- Course purchased within the last 7 days
- Less than 20% of course videos watched
- No certificate of completion issued
- No more than 2 mock tests attempted
Not Eligible
- Purchase older than 7 days
- More than 20% of course content consumed
- Certificate of completion already issued
- Part of a bundle that has been partially consumed
- Free or promotional courses (₹0 purchases)
How to Request a Refund
Submit Request
Email refund@rankifyacademy.in with your order ID and reason. Your order ID is in your purchase confirmation email or Dashboard.
Verification
Our team will verify the request against eligibility criteria within 2 business days and confirm via email.
Refund Processed
Once approved, the refund is initiated. Funds appear in your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Additional Information
Refund to Original Payment Method
Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds as Rankify credits or gift vouchers.
Partial Refunds on Bundles
If you purchased a bundle, refunds are only available if none of the individual courses within the bundle have been substantially consumed.
Dispute Resolution
If your refund request is denied and you believe this to be in error, you may escalate by emailing escalations@rankifyacademy.in with your order details. We will review within 5 business days.
