Courses & Learning
How do I access my course after purchasing?+
After payment, your course is instantly available in your Dashboard. Log in and go to My Courses to begin.
Can I download videos for offline viewing?+
Currently, videos stream online only. You can download all PDF materials and formula sheets for offline use.
How long do I have access to a course?+
Pro courses come with 1-year access from the purchase date. Elite plan users get lifetime access.
Are the lectures available in English?+
All courses are taught in Hindi with English terminology. English-medium versions are available for select courses.
Payments & Pricing
What payment methods are accepted?+
We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and EMI via major banks. All payments are secured by Razorpay.
Is EMI available?+
Yes, 0% EMI is available for 3 and 6 months on purchases above ₹2,999 via HDFC, ICICI, and Axis bank cards.
Can I get a GST invoice?+
Yes, GST invoices are automatically generated and emailed to you after every purchase.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No hidden fees. The price shown at checkout is the final amount you pay.
Refunds & Cancellations
What is your refund policy?+
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund for all courses. Submit your request via the Refund Policy page.
How long does a refund take?+
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Can I cancel my Elite subscription?+
Elite is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. There is no monthly cancellation needed.
Technical Support
The video is buffering. What should I do?+
Try lowering the video quality using the settings icon. Also ensure you have at least a 5 Mbps connection for HD playback.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?+
Click 'Forgot Password?' on the login page. We'll email a reset link to your registered email address.
Can I use Rankify on mobile?+
Yes! Rankify works on all modern browsers on Android and iOS. A dedicated app is coming soon.
I'm unable to download a PDF. What should I do?+
Try using Chrome or Firefox. If the issue persists, contact support at support@rankifyacademy.in.
Live Sessions & Doubt Support
How do I join a live doubt session?+
Live session links are posted in your Dashboard 30 minutes before the session starts. You'll also receive an email reminder.
What if I miss a live session?+
All live sessions are recorded and available in your course within 24 hours of the live broadcast.
How do I submit a doubt outside of live sessions?+
Use the 'Submit a Doubt' button inside your course to send a question. Educators respond within 48 hours.
