When you purchase a course, we collect billing information (processed securely by our payment partner Razorpay — we never store card details). We also automatically collect usage data such as pages viewed, videos watched, and device/browser information to improve our platform.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our services, process payments, send course-related communications, personalise your learning dashboard, and send promotional emails (which you can opt out of at any time). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
Data Sharing
We share data only with trusted service providers (payment processors, cloud hosting, email delivery) strictly for the purpose of providing our services. All third-party providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may not use your data for their own purposes.
Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to keep you logged in, remember your preferences, and analyse site traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features of the platform may not function correctly without them.
Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g., GST records are kept for 7 years as required by Indian tax law).

Rankify is intended for students aged 13 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, please contact us and we will delete the account promptly.

We implement industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure data storage, and regular security audits. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
